Halloween Events Near Colorado Springs

Halloween is the perfect time to get spooky with your friends or family! There are many different Halloween events around Colorado Springs, so you won’t be bored this Halloween season. From haunted houses to costume parties, there’s something for everyone. Check out this post for more information on what’s happening in the area!

1. Boo at the Bridge

Boo at the Bridge is a family-friendly event for mummies and daddies to have a fang-tastic time bringing their little ghosts and goblins Trick-or-Treating at the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park. Local non-profits and businesses will be handing out candy and goodies. Take part in the creative costume contest and snap a pic at one of the designated locations at Royal Gorge Bridge and Park. There will also be games, crafts, and spooky stories in the Conservation Carousel Pavilion. Bring your team costume to compete for great prizes in the Team Costume Contest. Boo at the Zoo is a Halloween event that lets you get close to your favorite animals. Enjoy trick-or-treating, games for kids, and even an animal show. 3. Canon City Abbey Monastery Ghost Hunt

Take a journey to the dark side during this paranormal investigation. The ghost hunts are limited, so you don’t want to wait to purchase your tickets. Canon City Abbey Monastery Ghost Hunt offers people a chance to investigate the haunted location and take part in an overnight ghost hunt. The event is open to those 16 years of age and older, so you can look forward to a scary night! You’ll spend four hours investigating several haunted locations around Canon City Monastery.

4. Haunted Lantern Tour at Cave of the Winds

A haunted tour at Cave of The Winds is a fun way to celebrate Halloween! This tour has been designed to strike fear into your heart. You’ll go without lights and spend an hour in the cave with ghouls and goblins. This tour is not recommended for children or adults who are claustrophobic. Be sure to bring your own flashlight for the true experience!

5. Trick-or-Treat at the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs

Citadel Mall offers a safe and fun way to spend Halloween. Children can trick-or-treat with over 50 participating stores, so it’s a great place to go if you’ll be traveling with a group. Citadel Mall also has their own scary story time, and they’ll have a costume contest so you can win great prizes!
