Bridge of Lights FAQ’s
- Can I Drive my Personal Vehicle Across the Bridge during this Event?
Yes! For this special event, guests are allowed to drive their personal vehicles with a few exceptions. Trolleys, party busses, 15 passenger vehicles, duallies, trailers, and campers are not allowed. - Is Stopping to View the Light Displays Allowed?
There is no other stopping permitted throughout the route, unless required by staff. The speed limit is a max of 10 mph, so you won’t miss out on any of the sights. - What is the best time to visit Bridge of Lights?
Any time is a great time to see the lights, however the 5:30 – 6:30 time slot is the busiest and you should expect a longer wait time to enter the park during that time. - Can I get out of my Vehicle During the Event.
No, guests must remain in their vehicle throughout the duration of the drive. - What is the Weather Policy?
This event will operate on a weather permitting basis. If the area becomes an Icy Winter Wonderland, we will make the decision to cancel the evening’s event. Please watch our website for weather updates and closures. - What is the Refund Policy?
We do not offer refunds with this special event ticket. but we will honor your ticket on another date. If you can’t make it due to illness, weather, or any other reason, just come at the next available night. - Where will I pick up my Elf Munchies?
When you enter the park, you will receive a ‘Munchie Menu’ with your drink and food order. This year, Elf Munchies are located just inside the park gate. Santa’s helpers will pick up your menu and bring your order to your car. - If I forget to purchase my Elf Munchies in advance, can I still order them at the park?
Of course! You can place an order, or add more to an existing order, when you enter the park, as well as from Santa’s helpers, located just before the bridge.
