Bridge of Lights FAQ’s
- Can I still drive my personal vehicle across the Bridge during this event?
To keep all our guests safe during the event, cars will not be permitted on the Bridge. Bridge of Lights is now exclusively a walk-through event, where you can take your time to enjoy the light displays, sit down for warm food and drinks, and enjoy a peaceful night of holiday wonder. This event will operate on a weather permitting basis. If the area becomes an Icy Winter Wonderland, we will make the decision to cancel the evening’s event. Please watch our website for weather updates and closures. - What is the Refund Policy?
We do not offer refunds with this special event ticket, but we will honor your ticket on another date. If you can’t make it due to illness, weather, or any other reason, please come the next available night. - What about photos with Santa?
Santa will be available for photos (taken with your own device) for FREE on Fridays and Saturdays. - Are food and drinks available?
Yes, Cafe 1230 will have food, drinks, and even some adult beverages available for purchase. - Are advance tickets required?
They are not, but we do encourage guests to take advantage of our discount which applies exclusively to advance tickets.
