    “Choice Of” Entrée Option

    • We do not allow for a “choice of” on first or last course. Guests will receive the same first & last course.
    • If you would like to offer your guests a “choice of” for their entrée, we limit the choice to one entrée of two offered selections.
    • We ask that you present the offered entrée selections to your guests in advance.
    • The quantity of each entrée option is requested by Taste of the Wild Catering no later than 5 business days prior to the event.
    • For quality of service and ease of execution, we ask prior to the event, clients email a list to the catering manager with table numbers, guests names at each table and each guest’s specific entrée choice.
    • For the evening of the event, a table designator must accompany each guest’s seat with that guest’s specified entrée. This helps our culinary team for preparation, minimization of excess waste and for a smooth execution.
    • We apologize, but we cannot take entrée orders the evening of the event, all menus must be quantified & specified prior to the event.

    We are happy to accommodate any vegetarian, gluten free, and specified allergies in addition to the (2) entrée options. Please notify the catering manager of these requests prior to the event.
