Angle Walk Overlook
On a cloudy afternoon or evening, this is the best place for your camera to be. Focus your lens on intriguing foreground, middle and distant points of the sun setting over the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. When you’re leaving the Visitor Center, head toward the Bridge and look for the old incline and the overlook just above it.
Eagles Nest Overlook
Get an eagle’s-eye view of the Bridge nestled in the red granite rocks of the magnificent Gorge. Since the mid-60s, this lookout area has been the perfect perch from which to see the southern edge of the Royal Gorge for miles on end.
